Delmas:  Kitchen cooling update

 

Duane:  Classrooms

 

Pastor:  Office space needs to be set up.

 

Pat:  The kitchen needs the following:  Double Deep Fryer; Pots and Pans; Griddle; Cookie Sheets; New Plates and Dishes; Two Electric Skillets; Chopper.  They ask that we approve $1000 to purchase these items.  ITEMS PURCHASED

 

Rhonda:  request to the board on behalf of the Blue Ridge Ladies regarding Mother's Day and Father's Day gifts for the congregation.  Approved $500…

 

Pastor:  Need to approve $150 for Charlie to clean up the sod so he can mow.  PAID

 

Old Business:  Updates needed

 

Carl:  Internet for BRIC.  Comcast will install for $60 per month (First six months $19.99) Comcast called and they are ready to install any time.

 

 

Outdoor Concerts this summer:

            For youth (Saturday Evening) Date to be determined

            July 3rd Saturday (4th of July celebration) ON HOLD

 

Scott:  S & R Booth

 

Pastor:  Biker Sunday.  June 27, 2010

 

New Business:

 

Delmas:  Parting Statement

 

Pastor:  Brad and Cristi Lam want to use the church for a baby shower

        on Saturday, July 17, 2010

 

Pastor:  Ashby Williams would like to replace the feed lines to the Sunday School rooms while we are working on the ceiling.

-Don't know what the cost will be, but shouldn't be too much.

-The flex lines that are in the ceiling now hinder the air flow, we need solid pipe.

 

Pastor:  Wedding request Sept 10-11, 2010 Use Fellowship hall both nights. Sara Lam.

 

Pastor:  Nominate New Board Member.
